HT.ONE

With it’s light aluminum frame, made of alloy 6061 and Rock Shox suspension fork with 120 mm of travel, HT1 is extremely reliable entry level mountain bike. The fork XC28 has lockout, preload and rebound adjustments. KORE components with their proven light weight and quality additionally contribute to the completeness of the bike. The 24 speed drive train of SRAM allows you to conquer any destination of interest. The combination of hand built wheels with rims MACH1 spokes SAPIM and mountain tires of MAXXISS, adds additional stiffness and traction to bike’s characteristics. HT1 is offered in two price levels – V-brake and Disc. With it’s 13.5 kg weight HT1 is affordable companion to every weekend warrior. The bike is offered in large size range XS-XL, and for the smallest sizes are used shorter cranks and forks with shorter travel (100 mm).

The so-called “One Мan Аssembly” process is a key-stone for the quality of every RAM Bike you see on the trails or in the city parks. Every single bike is being delivered to the dealer completely assembled and ready-to-go, with brakes and gears all set. You don’t have to do additional settings – bike components are not just attached to the frame, but assembled by a person, who is a passionate biker and knows the price of good work. In RAM factory we do even more – every mechanic guarantees with his name and signature for his works’ quality.

The final result is a bike that entirely responds to a biker’s attitude – not only looking as a MTB, but it is a Real Adventure Machinery. “One man assembly” is a time and resource- consuming process contrary to usual bike producing, but the difference is fully in favours of biker who chose RAM.

The process of hand lacing wheels is a key stone in our philosophy – individual attention to every wheel on every bike. The whole process is focused on a careful selection of details (spokes), and using only reliable components to avoid any failure of the wheel.

Pressure of every spoke in going under strict control during the whole wheel-building process. The main purpose is that – pressure should be optimized on the entire rim constantly – the goal achieved is longer life of the wheel and reducing repairing works on it after many miles on the tracks.

This process of “wheels lacing” takes up to one more hour of the mechanics’ work, but it gives you value – your RAM is more durable, even on the hardest rocky tracks!
